This morning many of us brought our favourite soft toys into assembly. We all enjoyed reading Dogger by Shirley Hughes and then went back to class to re-write the story using our toys. It was quite scary to see how many of us have lost our favourite toys at some stage in our lives! Here are some photos of us with our special friends. Well done to Joe Hammond for coming up with the acronym S.T.A.R. (Story Telling and Reading). I think that the Monday assembly could be called this but change it to Story Telling, Awards & Reading.
